This Privacy Policy describes how SpeakCare AI Inc. ("SpeakCare," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit speakcare.ai (the "Site") or submit a demo request through the Site.
Scope. This policy covers our public website only. It does not cover the SpeakCare platform used by our healthcare customers. Personal and health information processed through the SpeakCare product is governed by our agreements with those customers, including Business Associate Agreements under HIPAA where applicable. SpeakCare acts as a service provider to those customers and processes such information on their behalf.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the information you choose to provide, plus limited technical data collected automatically:

The Site does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or session recording tools. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18; the Site is intended for business professionals.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your demo request and communicate with you about SpeakCare products and services;
- To send you relevant information about SpeakCare, which you may opt out of at any time;
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site; and
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Site and our business:
- Web3Forms — processes demo request form submissions and delivers them to our team by email;
- Google Fonts — serves the fonts displayed on the Site; your IP address is transmitted to Google when fonts load;
- Email and business software providers — used to manage inquiries and sales communications.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or financing, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.
4. Data Retention
We retain demo request information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain our business relationship, and thereafter as required for legitimate business or legal purposes. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 6).
5. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including transmission over encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@speakcare.ai. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally 45 days). We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response.
7. Marketing Communications
If you submit a demo request, we may contact you by email about SpeakCare products and services. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can opt out by emailing privacy@speakcare.ai.
8. Visitors from Outside the United States
The Site is operated from the United States and Israel and is directed to a U.S. audience. If you visit from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and Israel.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
