These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of speakcare.ai (the "Site"), operated by SpeakCare AI Inc. ("SpeakCare," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms cover the public website only. Use of the SpeakCare platform by customers is governed by a separate written agreement (including an Order Form and, where applicable, a Business Associate Agreement), which controls in the event of any conflict.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful business purposes only. You agree not to: attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site by automated means; interfere with the Site's operation; or use the Site to transmit malicious code or unsolicited communications.

2. Intellectual Property

The Site and all of its content — including text, graphics, logos, product names, designs, and software — are the property of SpeakCare or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "SpeakCare" and the SpeakCare logo are trademarks of SpeakCare AI Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.

3. Demo Requests and Communications

Submitting a demo request does not create a contract or obligation for either party. Information you submit is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. No Medical Advice

Content on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical, clinical, legal, or regulatory advice. Product descriptions, statistics, and outcome figures reflect SpeakCare's experience and estimates and may vary by facility and deployment.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPEAKCARE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
